DockRoom の開発者は、あなたのデータをいっさい収集・受信・保存しません。 メッセージや添付ファイルはすべて、あなた自身の PC の中にだけ保存されます。 アカウント登録、広告、アクセス解析、トラッキング、クラッシュレポートの送信はありません。
このポリシーは、DockRoom(Windows 版・Android 版・iOS 版。以下「本アプリ」)における 情報の取り扱いを説明するものです。
1. 開発者が収集する情報
ありません。本アプリは、開発者や第三者のサーバーに一切通信しません。 利用状況・端末情報・広告 ID・位置情報・連絡先などを取得することもありません。
2. データの保存場所
- メッセージ・添付ファイル(画像・動画・ファイル): あなたの PC にインストールした DockRoom(以下「母艦」)の中にだけ保存されます。
- スマートフォン側: 母艦へ接続するための設定(PC のアドレス、接続用トークン、 証明書のフィンガープリント)と、表示状態(最後に開いたルーム、既読位置)だけを保存します。 メッセージは母艦から表示のたびに読み込みます。
- あなたが保存を選んだもの: 画像・動画などを「保存」した場合は、 端末の写真アプリやファイルに保存されます。
3. 通信について
本アプリの通信先は、あなたがペアリングした自分の PC(母艦)だけです。 通信は同じネットワーク内で行われ、TLS で暗号化されます。母艦ごとに生成した証明書を、 ペアリング用 QR コードに含まれるフィンガープリントで照合するため、 第三者による盗聴やなりすましを防ぎます。
4. 明示的に送ったものだけを扱います
本アプリが扱うのは、あなたが自分で送信・添付・共有したものだけです。 クリップボードの監視や、写真・ファイルの自動読み取りは行いません。
5. 端末の権限とその用途

6. 第三者への提供
開発者はデータを受け取らないため、第三者へ提供・販売することもありません。
7. データの削除
データはすべてあなたの管理下にあります。アプリ内でメッセージやルームを削除できるほか、 スマートフォンからアプリを削除すると接続設定も消えます。Windows 版をアンインストールすると、 PC 内のメッセージと添付ファイルも削除されます(必要に応じて事前にバックアップを書き出してください)。
8. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは年齢を問わず、誰の個人情報も収集しません。

Privacy Policy

The developer of DockRoom does not collect, receive, or store any of your data. Your messages and attachments are stored only on your own PC. There is no account, no advertising, no analytics, no tracking, and no crash reporting.
This policy explains how DockRoom (for Windows, Android, and iOS; the "App") handles information.
1. Information the developer collects
None. The App never communicates with servers operated by the developer or any third party. It does not access usage data, device identifiers, advertising IDs, location, or contacts.
2. Where your data is stored
- Messages and attachments (images, videos, files): stored only inside the DockRoom app installed on your PC (the "hub").
- On your phone: only the settings needed to connect to your hub (the PC's address, a connection token, and the certificate fingerprint) and display state (the last opened room and read position). Messages are loaded from your hub each time they are shown.
- Items you choose to save: when you save an image, video, or file, it is stored in your device's photo library or files.
3. Network communication
The App communicates only with your own PC (hub) that you paired with. Communication stays on your local network and is encrypted with TLS. Each hub generates its own certificate, which the App verifies against the fingerprint contained in the pairing QR code, protecting against eavesdropping and impersonation.
4. Only what you explicitly send
The App handles only what you send, attach, or share yourself. It never monitors your clipboard or reads photos or files automatically.
5. Device permissions

6. Sharing with third parties
Because the developer never receives your data, it is never shared with or sold to third parties.
7. Deleting your data
All data remains under your control. You can delete messages and rooms in the App, and uninstalling the App from your phone removes its connection settings. Uninstalling the Windows app also deletes the messages and attachments stored on your PC (export a backup beforehand if needed).
8. Children's privacy
The App does not collect personal information from anyone, regardless of age.
9. Changes to this policy
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.
